I would fully recommend the property management services provided by Druce.  They have a rich understanding of the rental market in and around Leiston. In eight years of providing a full property management service, they have been extremely successful in securing the right tenants for me.  In that time only 3 weeks were without rental (between tenancies).  Each tenant has paid on time and left the property in a good condition - testimony to Druce's thoroughness when vetting would-be tenants. The efficiency of all the team was fantastic, returning every call and every viewing made to suit everyone needs. Druce have been fantastic for us!

We were relocating from Kent and got let down on another house at the last minute through another estate agent. We'd already handed our notices in at our properties and literally had 2 weeks to move!
I went in branch on the morning, viewed a house less than 2 hours later and they bent over backwards for us to help get a property secured.
All staff were extremely friendly which was quite refreshing after being mistreated by another agent and made to feel unimportant.
Oliver showed us around 2 properties and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel like he cared, taking our circumstance into account.

I would whole heartedly and completely recommend Druce Estate & Letting Agents Ltd (Leiston) - from the first enquiry I made into renting a property through to completion they could not enough to ensure customer satisfaction. The process was made very simple by them with Dee showing me the property (friendly and professional) through to sitting with Oliver who took me through the paperwork taking the time and effort to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood.
